QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

SACRAMENTO GETS HOT. DO YOU STILL TAKE DOGS OUT FOR WALKS WHEN IT IS HOT?

I do, but I customize the walk and/or drop-in to the animal. Once temperatures reach 85° or so, I generally take dogs for a short walk or potty break and then back inside for play or skill development. My rule is that if I cannot stand on the pavement with bare feet, they shouldn't either. I am also hyper-aware of how the dog is managing in the heat. If they appear to be stressed

MY DOG HAS SOME SPECIAL NEEDS. CAN YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION?

I understand that many dogs have food allergies, take medication, are sensitive to certain noises or behaviors, and can even get nervous around other types of dogs or humans. It is important to get to know each dog and their special needs in order to make their walk and/or sitting the best that it can be. Please let me know of any accommodations needed for your pet. I am happy to oblige.

HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?

I walk only one or two dogs from the same household at a time. This allows each dog to have their own individual attention and time spent in a meaningful way.
