CANCELLATION POLICY

Pet Sitting:

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice from the first scheduled visit will result in you being billed for the full invoice. A cancellation with less than 3 days’ notice will result in a $25 charge.

Holiday Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice from the first scheduled visit for trips during a major holiday (see list below) will result in you being billed 50% of the total invoice. A cancellation less than 3 days’ notice will result in you being billed for the full invoice.
